KEY PERSONNEL Jeremy Shirley, Regional Manager Mr. Shirley provides leadership and direction for laboratory and field operations. With over 15 years of laboratory testing and testing and inspection field experience, he assists in project site inspections and helps to ensure efficiency and quality of projects in accordance with specifications and codes. Mr. Shirley has extensive experience with F.A.A. asphalt paving projects, as well as commercial and industrial buildings. Mr. Shirley has devised and maintained a nationally certified laboratory at DC Inspections. Mr. Shirley is certified by AWS, ICBO, DSA, NICET, Caltrans and ACI. Pat Robinett, Regional Manager Mr. Robinett has brought to DC Inspections Inc. over 17 years of construction industry knowledge, ranging from manufacturing to testing and inspection. He assists in project site inspections and helps to ensure efficiency and quality of projects in accordance with specifications and codes   Mr. Robinett is certified by AWS, ICC, ACI, ASNT.
